Hello,

If i were to video call with my friend, would it be possible that the hacker or the person who infected virus to my computer will be able to view our conversation or our video call session?

It depends on how it's infected. There are some remote software, that can allow someone to virtually see everything on your screen as you do. So, I guess the short answer, is yes.

i see, what will be the symptom or how can i tell if someone is virtually seeing it

It should be caught by malware scans.

Run through the malware guide in my signature. If you've got something, that should find it.
