You have to have an AMD 5xxx or better, or one of the new Nvidia 6xx cards for three monitor support. I'm assuming from the outputs you listed that you have an AMD card. The problem is you need a display port (DP) for 3 monitor output and you have VGA instead. (My old 5750 had the same issue.) Software? None that I know of. You could get one of those triple head 2 go things, but I'd just get a new card. Make sure it supports Eyefinity this time.
