Multi soundcards

i have multi sound cards ,., so i need to use many mics ,, and many speakers ,, like radio station ,, many takers and sound inputs ,, and multi speakers,,,

I do not think a Windows computer will do what you want with multiple sound cards; I think you will need a dedicated sound mixer board.
