Multi touch scrolling on windows 8 not working

I am trying to figure out how to enable multi touch scrolling for my Asus X200CA notebook. If anyone could help that would be great.

Try updating the drivers by right clicking on the windows button (on the bottom left corner) and choose 'device manager'. Find your touchpad (it should be under 'mice and other pointing devices'. Right click on it and click 'Update Driver Software'. A new window should pop up saying it is searching for updates, and if it finds an update it will begin to download it automatically, if not then it will say your drivers are up to date.

If this doesn't change anything try to find out if there is a program on your laptop that contains all of the settings for your touchpad (try searching the name of the touchpad or search 'touchpad' and see if something shows up), or if there is a program you can download (it will have to be specifically for...
