Multiple entries are created in my fanpage

When posting with twitterfeed to facebook i obtain in some cases two or more entries (even eight entries or posts !!!!!! ).

What can i do to solve this ?
Don't happen me in twitter or linkedin.

I am not knowing about twiteerfeed but I can suggest you that I am using hooksuite and there is no such problem in it.
