Multiple Protection run at the same time

is it possible to run multiple protections in my pc?

example
windows defender (more likely a anti-spyware)
avast premier
malwarebytes anti-malware
malwarebytes anti-exploit
iobit malware fighter

is it good?

It will slow down your system a lot to have a lot of concurrent processing. I recommend sticking with Defender + one other if you want it (probably avast). It also makes things more difficult when you cannot access a program because one of your 10 security apps is blocking it and you cannot tell which one...
