Music to rear jack, game sounds front jack

i have a stereo system and a pair of heaphones. how do i route music through the rear panel to my stereo and at the same time route game sounds through the front panel to my headphones?

not sure if you can run both simultaneously with two different signal feeds from the same soundcard.

i would think its either one or the other.

if there is a way for this to be done i havent heard about it on here.
