My 4 days old laptop won't show something on screen

I got my lenovo ideapad 100 four days ago.Yesterday I was really bored to shut it down so I just closed the lid now when I opened it I can hear sound but It doesn't show anything on screen.I tried letting it run out of battery and then opening it again also I tried if I clicked the "close screen" button..nothing happens.I wasted 500€ on this laptop and I can't do anything on it..

Had you been trying to connect to an External Display by any chance?

If it's 4 days old, return it - you shouldn't have to deal with issues like this at the 4 *day* mark.
