hello my fb account all on a sudden my account is temporarily locked whenver i log in it says For security reasons your account is temporarily locked

If you can't verify friends or don't have a phone number attached to your account you are stuck. Contact FB.

Create a new FB account if you are stuck.

you might hve try to use the wrong log in password to many time did you made a rescue mail address to your facebook so they could send you details how to log back in if not your account is lost .
