my acer aspire 4738 laptop's cpu fan is making alot of noise. is there any mechanical issue?

how can i solve this problem? even when i have the cooling pad attached to the laptop it heats up very fast when youtube and messenger are running simultaneously . plz help

Check your running processes and see if any of them are using a lot of cpu cycle %. Post back with what you find out.
