Solved! My Acer aspire E14 is not charging even the blue light power is not working

My Acer aspire E14 was bought 4 months ago and the unit is not charging even the blue light is not working.I tried to unplug my laptop and charge again but still the same,i even borrow another charger and still its not working.the unit was bought in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and now I'm using it here in the Philippines. How can I ask for a replacement since my unit is new.

If it isn't charging, there is most likely a part that isn't functioning correctly. While you can go through an purchase that yourself, it is so new the manufacturer should be of help.
