My acer aspire one ZA3 wont show the reset page when i hold alt and f10

Hello,
i am trying to wipe a laptop so I can give it to my daughter...I have tried to restart computer and do the whole alt f10 thing and it doesn't seem to wanna work.....any other ideas?? wanna wipe it and give it to her for her bday...
