My acer aspire won't turn on how can I get it on its only 5 days old

I bought my 5 year old daughter a touch screen pink acer aspire 11.6 notebook for Christmas. She has had it on 3 times watching YouTube. I charged it lastnight and it won't turn on the power button is blue and it's fully charged but won't turn on what do I do to get it on?
