My acer laptop has been not working the best lately and over the past few days it's has been stuck on "diagnosing your pc"

It is also a school laptop and i am unsure if I can go and nd get it fixed at a tech store due to warranties etc. But my school is closed for another month (school holidays) I can also not wait too long because I am going into year 12 and need it for work desperately

So it doesn't ever give diagnosis results?

I'd leave it as you're right, warranties will probably be voided with 3rd party repairs.

You could always use pen n paper!
