I tried to create a bootable usb drive but clicked into the BOIS settings and changed the wrong setting and stuffed my laptop. Now when I go to turn it on it comes up with the acer startup but no option to press F12 and access the system settings. When it loads up it comes up with
Intel UNDI, PXE-2.1 (build 083)
Copyright (C) 1997-2000 Intel corporation
This product is covered by a bunch of things
Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller Series v2.60 (06/04/14)
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE ROM
No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key.

Im not really sure how to fix it without paying heaps of money.
Any suggestions on how to fix it would be really appreciated

Looks like youve enabled legacy mode.

Im assuming you have windows 8 or 10 installed on the laptop

F2 key should be the key for the bios, F12 is for boot menu which can be disabled in the bios.
Once i there if you press f9 to load defaults then f10 to save and exit it should boot windows now.

To get f12 option back. Press f2 for bios. On the first or second page there is an option to enable or display F12 boot menu.

Good luck!
