My AMD card disappear !

I Have Lenovo z5170 with amd graphic card amd r9 m375
suddenly when I opened amd catalyst it gave me this error ( : No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the driver is not functioning properly. )
so i uninstall my amd drive to install a new one but when i did that it said no amd hardware found on machine
my amd card doesn't appear neither in device manager nor GPU
i had reinstall my windows also but there is no change
any solution ?

Sounds to me that the video chipset has just gone out. If your machine is still under warranty, you should send it back in. Does it show any
thing in the Display adapters tab of device manager?

no it only shows intel hd graphic 5500
