Solved! My amp 2 powered down and i cant get it to power up

I have tried everything and nothing is working even changed battery with my son who has the same phone and so i know its not the battery

Sounds like you either have to have the phone looked at by the manufacturer if under warranty or a local tech if not, otherwise you will need a new device.
