My android jellybean 4.2 keeps saying unfortunatley the process has stopped and won't do anything after that. Help please.

First step is to reboot the tablet, did you try that? After that, you may need to do a factory restore and copy your files back from backups.

I tried the holding power and volume button because its stuck on the android page but it doesnt work.

If you can't even do a factory reset you can do a web search for a stock ROM for your specific device and flash the ROM to it using a computer. Instructions to do that should be in the same place you find the ROM file download.
