Describe your thread please help my tablet ( android matrix one ) wont charge and I really don't wana get in trouble

try plugging it into a PC's USB port. If it charges, it's the wall power pack used for charging it and will need replaced.

Contact your manufacturer, if the device is under warranty they are legally obligated to provide you with a replacement.
