My Asus laptop types wrongly after I wiped the keys using a toothbrush. Dontbknow what probably has gone wrong because it does not respond accordingly. Backspace doesn't work alongside other keys. Please help I gotta type my work for my thesis, thanks

Why the hell did you dirty the keyboard with toothpaste and water?

Most likely you caused major damage and having a professional take a look at it is the best option.

If you really need it now (pro might take a few days), just buy a cheap USB keyboard and type on that

Id get a nee one, but but you could take each key off and make sure the rubber thingy and the metal/plastic hinge thing are there. Iv accidently broken off a spacebar before and when I put it back it didn't work right. Turns out I needed a new rubber thing, which I had from an old toy piano, I than cut and put in the new piece and it works good as new.
