Did you by chance recently upgrade to Windows 10? I ask because this happens quite often after the update. Sometimes, when it updates, is messes up the drivers. Don't ask. :) You may have to revert the drivers back to older versions (prior to the update) or consider uninstalling the Windows 10.

First, see if you can load the computer in "Safe Mode". That will help you make any changes (if you can get in).

As your computer restarts, press F8 (possibly a few times) to enter "Safe Mode"

a. Press the "F4" key to Enable "Safe Mode".

Now sign in to the computer with your account name and password. (If you have one set.) When you are finished troubleshooting, you can exit "Safe Mode" restarting your computer.
