My Asus Touchscreen Laptop is not working properly

After closing my laptop, when opening it again, I find that I am disconnected from the wifi. I try to access the network adapter, but it will not open. I try to put my computer to sleep, and turn it back on, but the screen will go black and stay like that. At this moment, I try to waken the laptop, but the screen will stay black until I restart the computer. What is happening? Do I need a new laptop? (I use windows 10) (I've had this laptop for about a week now)

Try turning off fast boo in the power options
