My asus X453MA laptop just turn off and i could not turn on again at the same time when i plug in the charger it did'nt charg

The laptop just went off while i connect my dongle and was using wifi.I could not turn it on and even the chatger did'nt work from that moment.

1., are you saying you had a working laptop, plugged in usb device and pc shutdown or simply went dead (one proceeds with "shutting down on screen" the other just goes dead

2. removed all usb device of any sort from laptop,
2a. disconnected the power supply from the laptop and the wall.
2b. take battery out, open laptop and press and hold power button for 15 seconds.
2c. close laptop insert battery in place, plug power supply to wall and laptop.
3. no usb devices connected , try to power laptop does it work now ?

explanation, devices can cause laptop into a short system, causing power supply to circuit cut off.. it internally resets itself when no more power is applied to it.
