My asus x5dc laptop says error loading operating system

Hello,
my asus x5dc laptop was fine no problums untill yesterday i turned it on and it just says error loading operating system . and wont let me do nothing
please help

insert your factory or a windows OS disk. boot to optical drive. select repair operating system.
