My battery is unremovable what should i do

I tried updating my blu energy x with wireless update and it turn off to install it but it failed and could not turn onthen i factory reset my device but it still wont turn on my battery is unremoveable help me please

Is it powering on at all or is it just showing no signs of life? They are two very different things.

Yes it turns on and sticks at blu screen and won't move

Try starting it up in "Safe Mode" and see if it will load. If it does, while you will have limited access, it means there is something on the device you don't want and need to remove. Bad app, virus, malware, etc. However, if it still won't load in "Safe Mode" either, then it may well be a hardware issue.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the phone.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.

I tried this multiple times but nothing happen no message about safe mode any other method??

So when you try to do this, you still get just the blue screen? If that is the case, I would either contact the manufacturer, if it is under warranty still, or try a local tech.
