My cell phone wont turn on or charge

Hello,
My cell phone wont turn on or charge. It's been on the charger for a few months and it has the Verizon screen then will flicker white every couple of seconds. I've tried many different chargers in different outlets but nothing's working. It's done this before, but I fixed it after a week or so by switching the charger but it won't work now. It's not an iphone or android. WHAT CAN I DO? Please help

Try a new battery, you can get one off ebay for a few dollars. But that issue with the flickering screen may not be that, could be a bad phone in general.
