Solved! My chromebook is frozen and wont let me shutdown or even move or click anything it is stuck on a paused portion of a video

Hello my Chromebook is not responding to anything that I do to it and is frozen on a portion of a video also will not let me shutdown how do I fix it?

If you can't shut it down, then you will have to either wait for it to drain of power or pull the battery.

Yes, I know batteries on some devices are hard to access, but unless your device is under warranty, it is an option.
