My comp run Gta 5?

Anyone think ill least be able to get 30fps On Gta 5 with my resolution being 1024X768 with these specs:

Video Card: AMD Radeon R7 240

RAM: 4.1 GB

CPU: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor

CPU Speed: 3.5 GHz

OS: Windows 8.1

Probably not as smoothly but it is possible, just you may experience lag
