My computer can\'t keep up with my mouse.

When I scroll with my mouse the computer page doesn't move or moves very slowly. Why?

Low power laptop?
Overheating and throttling CPU?
Very slow internet connection?
Virus or malware infection?
Bad mouse drive?
Any of those could might cause that type of problem.

Can you provide more information?
