My Computer does not recognize my headphone's microphone

My Computer does not recognize my headphone's microphone, These headphones have worked priviously with the mic and all of a sudden if I speak no one can here me, I have tried this on multiple things, Garry's Mod In-Game, Team Speak, Skype. I went on audio devices and my mic is not listed in the recording section. Please Help

How do I do a system restore?

1.Press and hold (or right-click) the Start  button, and then select Control Panel.

2.Search Control Panel for Recovery.

3.Select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next.

4. Choose the restore point related to the problematic app, driver, or update, and then select Next > Finish.
