my computer says the program to download pictures from phone to computer is not working?

can you recomend how i put pics from phone to computer when it says that the program is not there which program can i download for windows?

The computer has Windows Explorer so that will do everything you want. The phone settings need to be changed in the way the phone connects by USB.
