My computer will not come out of hibernation

My computer has been very slow lately and not really working at all. What do I do? When I went today to start my computer it said that my computer won't come out of hibernation

At that stage it should also have given you the option to cancel System Restore and to delete files. Select that and it should start.

When you get it back, go to c:\windows\system32, find and right click the file cmd.exe and select RunAs Administrator..

When the Command form shows up, at the prompt type
powercfg hibernate off
then hit Enter. You won't be troubled by hibernation again.
