My Computers will not open any internet sites

Hey. My computer is connected to my wifi, and the wifi is working on other devices. However, when I try to open google or YouTube, or anything, it gives me the error message "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET". I have tried several solutions to this problem including:
Every cmd input that is recommended (all the configs, netsh reset, etc)

Checking my proxy settings like the troubleshooter said

Making sure the Internet is on auto connect

All the basics airplane mode off, wifi on, connected to wifi etc.

Tried unchecking and re checking the TCP/IP obtain automatically circles. Same with DNS server automatically circle.

Also, should mention I'm running Windows 8 on a Hp laptop.

Can someone please help? I have AP English and really don't feel like writing it on my iPad🙁 I have looked and tried everything, but everything that is working for other people isn't working for me. Thanks in advance.

what is the IP you receive from the router? does it start with 169.?

I was trying another solution, and the command prompt spit out "Autoconfiguration IPv4 Address" and yes, the number does start with 169.

receiving a 169. IP means that you are not communicating to the router properly.

make sure you are not to far away from the router and double check the wireless password.
delete the saved wireless network profile under Manage Wireless Networks in the Network and Sharing Center.
