Hi, my cursor on my asus x550c keeps on freezing. I tried to press fn+f9 and I turned it on and off and I tried to plug in a USB mouse and nothing is working. Sometimes when the battery dies and I charge it when it first opens it works normally for about 5 minutes then it freezes again and the cursor doesn’t move or click on the stuff that it was stuck on. Please help!!

Start with making sure system is cleaned out, it's abut 4 years old so would have dust, clogged or bad fans etc.. that can cause it to overheat. Test with one RAM stick at a time or different RAM. Did you try a clean Windows setup already? If not, that is a good step to take. Past that, could be a failing drive, maybe the motherboard.
