My Dell Inspirion 5000 laptop is stuck saying Preparing Auto Repair, and Diagnosing Your PC, cant fix it. HELP!!!

I tried to Restore the laptop to Factory settings bcuz it wasn't working properly, kicking out of internet, running down battery quickly, etc. Now its stuck in the loop of Preparing Auto Repair/Diagnosing your PC.Help!!!

Hold the power button in until it shuts down.

DON'T use windows retore utility, use Dells auto-factory restore method:

When you restart your PC, as soon as you hit the power button immediately hold CTRL and keep pressing F11 until you enter the built-in restore utility.

How did you attempt to do a factory restore?
Dell's often have recovery disks that you need to have or they have a recovery partition that you need to boot into.

Shrikanth, the Diagnostics test i ran said all was well. I ran it 3 times just to be sure. It is still stuck in the SAME LOOP. I Just bought this laptop for my Mom for Christmas 2014. Its only 2 months old, and hasnt been working properly for about a month. PLEASE HELP!!!!
