My Dell Inspiron 14 7437 Is freeze on black screen

I was using my pc, then I connected a Printer to the USB port, and my screen turned off, but the charging led is still on. I can't turn down the pc, and I tried a Different screen connection on HDMI, but it didn't work. The fan is off, but the usb is energy powered still.

hold the power button down & count 8 to 10 seconds then power will turn off. turn computer back on to see if works properly.
