Dell m1530 will not turn on fully cooling fan is running screen will not light up I don't know if it working or not I put new thermal grease on I don't know if it video card if I had a screen to plug in I could tell if it is work and not lightning up cleaned the fan out as well

It may well just be the screen.

Have you tried turning off the laptop, connect an external monitor, turn on the external monitor and then turn on the laptop? Can you see on the external monitor? If yes, then the problem lies with your connected device. It could be the ribbon cable that connects it, or the display itself.
