My Dell laptop keeps saying it needs like 130+ sumthing watts to work?

Dell XPS won't work unless well it says the system wont boo unless there's a 130 watt power adapter or greater. Can sum one help me out on this I had it on yesterday but now it says this🙁 and it's locked in wut do I do.

Are you using a non-standard power adapter? Where are you seeing this prompt? As you attempt to boot?

Does this occur while using he power brick? Or just on battery? Or both?

Well it's a says it once I turn it on. And yes the adapter is a 19v. Im guessing it's not 130watts and /up anyways I try to get it to boot or the the settings but it'll just say to hit F1
