Try going to www.intel.com/support and do an auto detect drivers and see if there is an update for your chipset driver(also feel free to update any other driver). If it doesn't give you any info on your chipset driver then just go to www.dell.com/support and look for the chipset driver. Dont know its its the chipset driver for sure but it sounds like what you are having is due to a corrupt chipset driver.
