My earphones were working fine yesterday but now they've stopped playing sound out of the right earpiece. it's happening on both my laptop and my phone and across multiple apps so I think the problem is with my earphones. I've tried re-balancing them and making sure that 'mono audio' isn't checked but nothing is working. Please help!

Check the wiring, it may also be the connection jack. Not much you can do aside from trying to find a lose or broken wire or the full cable. You can try cleaning the connector with some contact cleaner.

Try wiggle testing the earphones.

Put them on and listen as usual. Gently wiggle, twist, and push/pull along the full length of the cables and especially so around the plugs and jacks.

You may find a bad spot where the sound stops and starts as you wiggle the cable. May or may not be repairable.
