My flat screen has no singal

Hello,
my flat screen tv say no singal what can i do to fix this

need more info. is it pluged into a pc or dvd or free-view or sky. have you pressed power off button for about 30 seconds to see if it does a cold refresh. what is the tv called.

and has anyone messed with the setting's on the free-view or sky box to setting that your tv is not capable of doing.
