Solved! My galaxy tab A 6 crashed with a and now is not working??? What should I do ??

I downloaded a file , because of this file virus crashed my device

You could go for a Factory reset but depending on the threat, that might not do the trick either.

With the table turned off, press and hold the Volume Down button then pres eth Power button.

A menu should appear and you need to press Power to scroll down to the bottom of the list. That's just to make sure no-one does it accidentally.

It will cost you all your personal files and any Apps you've installed but it might clean things up.
