My Galaxy Tab S3 is stuck in the unlock/padlock screen

I purchased a Galaxy Tab S3 less then a month ago. Today I powered it up, it went past the normal Samsung screen then got stuck at the padlock with the circle spinning around it.

That is a new model, contact where you bought it or Samsung for support.
