My GTA 3 game looks HD for no reason

Here is the video I have uploaded on youtube almost a month ago and nobody responded... http/

It says everything in the description also if you're familiar with the game you know it should have more "crappy" graphics... and bigger radar blips and the game shouldn't look this good as I have said before if anybody knows how to help me thanks. This isn't such a problem but I hate those small blips.

If things/graphics are better than you expect then be happy with the "small blips".

The blips may be the result of some trade-off between appearance and performance.

I suggest going to the manufacturer's website/forum:

Report the problem aka the "small blips". There may some configuration fix, an update, or other fix already posted there.
