My Headphones Don't Work!!!!

I used 6 DIFFERENT Headphones for my Windows 7 and none of them work!!!!! The audio will not come into the headphone and when I pull then out their bent!!!! Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1) Stop plugging in different pairs of headphones and bending the plugs!

2) If the headphone-out jack is physically damaged, the best thing would be to take it into a shop for repair.
