my HP 650 is not starting

I have a problemwith my HP it was working and left it on the charger then thenext timei went to start it it is not starting or booting. I switch it onand the light on the switch, the power light and the charging port light go on for about 20 seconds and they switch off, the harddrive light is not switching on and when i switch it on thereare no sounds from the fan or the harddrive, what could be the problem PLEASE HELP IM IN A BIND
