My HP all in one PC20 C003IN Bios security disabled accidentally

Just bought HP all in one PC20 C003IN, I messed up with bios settings USB Security disabled, now I can't get to Bios, and windows 10 boots in and keyboard and mouse not working. There is no PS2 port on this AIO PC. what to do please help .
