My HP laptop will not get past the HP loading screen my laptop is windows 10 please help it's only 1 month old!!!

The laptop stopped after I force shut down it (held power button) and now it won't load!!!!!!!

What there a reason for the force shut down? did you make the recovery disk like you suppose to?

My computer had completely frozen so I held the lock button to
Shut everything off and then my computer just completely stopped loading past the up screen and when it did it said auto-repair then the screen went off (boot up lights still on)

It might be doing and update. use your recovery disk to recovery, or call hp support, should have 12 month support.
