Solved! My Hp Omen-15dc0001nx gaming laptop keys not working

Hi
My laptop keyboard keys sometimes not working. I mean in a day key A and E not working. Another day U and N not working. Someday when I press R it print L or another letter. Sometime [ key repeatedly typing.
I reset the windows10 using recovery and install fresh copy. Still the issue

Do you use the keyboard to control games--in other words, lots of keypresses on a few keys? Do those keys feel any diferent than keys you don't press very often?

Since you reinstalled windows, you will have updated the keyboard drivers (and other software) so it is more likely a HW problem.
