Question My huawei mediapad t3 8 tablet just got it brand new sealed box when I plug in the USB cord to the tablet it started to blink and vibrate on and off

Then you need to contact the place you purchased it from and have them exchange it for a correctly functioning device. No new device should give you any problems.

Bought it from eBay from 3rd party I'm pretty sure that's the only tablet he had sold to me never been open too which is why I'm confused that the tablet has some sort of software issue idk I might have to bring it to a tech and have them flash drive it.

Even that place has requirements of their sellers. Unless it has been a while since you purchased it, you should be able to get an exchange or a refund. However, it is your device so your choice of what to do.
